Fractional eCommerce Architect

Your commerce stack is broken.
Let's fix it.

The questions buyers ask first.

What is a fractional eCommerce architect?
A fractional eCommerce architect is a senior operator you engage part-time to own the technical architecture of your commerce stack — platform choice, integrations, data flows, release process — without the cost or overhead of a full-time hire or a $250K agency retainer.
Who do you work with?
Shopify Plus merchants between roughly $5M and $50M GMV, NetSuite-powered brands with Shopify front-ends, and agencies that need a senior Shopify Plus + NetSuite architect white-labeled into their team.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
No account managers, no junior engineers on your account, no discovery-phase theater. You work directly with the architect who will write the integration, review the PR, and stay on for ongoing oversight.
Where are you based?
Miami, Florida. I work with brands and agencies worldwide — primarily the US, Canada, and the EU — and travel for launches when it matters.
How much does a stack audit cost?
Fixed-fee between $4,500 and $7,500 depending on stack complexity. Two weeks of work — architecture doc, risk register, prioritized fix list, and a 90-minute walkthrough with your team.
How long does a stack audit take?
Two calendar weeks from kickoff. Week one is interviews and system mapping, week two is synthesis and the prioritized roadmap.
Do you ship the integration or just design it?
I ship it. No hand-offs to a junior team. When you hire me to build a NetSuite integration or a Magento-to-Shopify migration, the code that ends up in production is the code I wrote.
