Shopify Plus ↔ NetSuite integration.

Celigo-based or custom. Order, inventory, customer, and fulfillment flows engineered to survive Black Friday and a NetSuite maintenance window in the same hour. No hand-offs — the person who designs the integration ships the code.

Scope an integrationScoped · from $18K

// flows

Four flows, done right.

Order flow

Shopify → Celigo → NetSuite sales order. Idempotent, tax-aware, multi-warehouse, gift-card safe. Retry logic that survives NetSuite maintenance windows.

Inventory sync

NetSuite (source of truth) → Shopify with location-aware buffers, safety stock, and rate-limited bulk updates. No overselling during flash drops.

Customer + AR

Shopify customers ↔ NetSuite entities, B2B price tiers, payment terms, and credit-hold enforcement at checkout.

Fulfillment + refunds

3PL / WMS → NetSuite item fulfillment → Shopify order update. Credit memos for returns, reconciled to the cash-collected side.

// stack

What I integrate against.

  • Shopify Plus (checkout, Functions, Flow)
  • NetSuite (SuiteCloud, SuiteScript, Web Services)
  • Celigo integrator.io (or custom middleware)
  • 3PL / WMS (ShipHero, ShipBob, ShipStation, custom)
  • Tax: Avalara, Vertex, TaxJar
  • Observability: CloudWatch, Datadog, or Celigo error dashboards + alerts

// deeper dive

The architecture, in 18 minutes.

The full Shopify ↔ NetSuite architecture I ship — every flow, every failure mode, every retry pattern. Black-Friday-grade.

// faq

What buyers ask first.

Why Celigo versus a custom integration?
Celigo wins when your team is lean and your first 10 flows are eCommerce-native. Custom wins when you have unusual business logic that fights the template. I build both and will tell you which one fits before you sign.
How much does Shopify Plus + NetSuite integration cost?
The build starts at $18K for a standard order / inventory / customer integration and scales with B2B pricing tiers, multi-subsidiary NetSuite, and 3PL complexity. Celigo license is separate and runs roughly $600–$1,200/month.
How long does a typical NetSuite integration take?
Six to ten weeks from kickoff to go-live for a clean build. Twelve to sixteen if NetSuite needs structural cleanup or you're replacing a failing legacy integration mid-flight.
Can you fix an existing Celigo or NetSuite integration?
Yes — this is most of the work. Stalled flows, duplicate orders, inventory drift, tax misrouting. I can either ship fixes on retainer or scope a defined rebuild of the broken flows.
Do you work with the NetSuite B2B / SuiteCommerce setups?
Yes, including B2B pricing tiers, SuiteCommerce data, advanced inventory, and multi-subsidiary accounting. I don't rebuild SuiteCommerce front-ends — the Shopify Plus side is what I architect.
