  • Migrated 380K customers, 1.4M orders, and 18K product variants via staged dry-run with reconciliation.
  • Rebuilt Klaviyo, 3PL (ShipStation), tax (Avalara), and the subscription integration on Shopify-native primitives.
  • Cutover on a Tuesday morning with the team on-bridge; kept Magento available read-only for 30 days.
