Questions before you book.

How much does the stack audit cost?
$4,500 to $7,500 fixed fee. The exact number depends on stack size — number of integrations, number of storefronts, whether NetSuite and a 3PL are in scope. The fee is agreed and fixed before I start.
How long does the audit take?
Two calendar weeks from kickoff to the written deliverable and walkthrough session. Faster turnarounds are possible but rarely useful — most of the value comes from enough interview time to hear what actually breaks.
Who gets interviewed during the audit?
Typically: engineering lead, ops or fulfillment lead, the finance contact owning NetSuite, and one or two customer-service reps who see the sharp edges. Four to six 45-minute interviews total.
Does the audit fee credit against follow-on work?
Yes. If we scope a NetSuite integration, migration, or retainer within 60 days of the audit, the full audit fee credits against the engagement. The audit is priced so you're buying a roadmap, not a sales pitch.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA before kickoff. I can sign yours or provide mine.
